Bob Thompson of NTDC Thunder Bay won the gold medal this weekend in Silver Star beating all American Olympic hopefuls.

Congratulations Bob!

Great to start the season with a win! Bob kicked off the NorAm season by topping the Senior Men's classic sprint at Sovereign Lake, narrowly out lunging the competition in a sprint finish!

We also had great results today from Lisle and Graham, who finished 2nd and 4th respectively in the Junior Women's and Men's categories, while Pierre finished 6th in Junior Men and Julian was top U23 in the Senior Men!

Racing continues tomorrow with a 10/15km skate interval start!
