Managing Stressful Situations: We humans are tension filled beings! Some stress (eustress) is healthy because it motivates us to take actions that are necessary for healthy and harmonious living. If we didn't have stress, we would not be motivated to learn new things, organize our lives, participate, or function in community activities. Come prepared to explore anticipatory, situational, chronic and time stressors and how to navigate through them.
