About Us

Compass Leadership is an advisory firm working with leaders, owners, and Boards of medium-sized organizations across the not-for-profit, public, and private sectors.

Now in its fourteenth year, Compass has led the development of more than fifty strategic plans, worked with dozens of Boards, and coached dozens of executives, owners, and managers.

The firm provides senior-calibre advice without the big-firm distance: the people clients meet are the people who do the work. Compass advises on strategy, governance, change management, leadership coaching, communications, and senior recruitment — and stays through implementation, building the tools and internal capacity to carry the change.
