Is there anything better than a home cooked meal? That’s the question we asked ourselves at Daytona’s when we sought out to make great food for a great city. Thunder Bay is a prideful city and we’re proud to be a part of it. Our staff value their connections with their customers and our community and it shows with every plate that is served at our restaurant.
Our chefs challenge themselves to continue to learn and be creative with the dishes they come up with while maintaining the integrity of the style of food we strive to serve. While keeping our focus on fresh, local ingredients we aim to keep our menus seasonal and continuously evolving.
Fuse is a multi purpose event room located beside Daytona's Kitchen + Creative Catering. Our private dining room is suitable for up to 75 guests seated and more for standing cocktail receptions. Fuse can be used for any event you can imagine it to be.
