Northern Hearts is a non-profit charity whose mission is to provide the public with educational resources and heart healthy programs to reduce the impact of heart disease in Northwestern Ontario.
A healthy heart requires a healthy lifestyle and healthy lifestyle choices.
At Northern Hearts our Goal is to:
Decrease the incidence of heart disease
-Promote healthy lifestyle choices to reduce the risk of heart disease
-Provide educational and practical tools for individuals impacted by heart disease in an effort to slow down the progression of disease and to have a better lifestyle
-Create a community environment for people with heart disease to share and support each other
