DESCRIPTION:Notice to Members: Annual General Meeting\n\nAs required under the provisions of the Boards of Trade Act\, the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce will hold our 58th Annual General Meeting at 4:30 pm on Wednesday\, February 15\, 2023 at the Valhalla Hotel & Conference Centre.\nThe business meeting will include: the presentation of the Chamber's audited financial statements for the year ended October 31\, 2022\; appointment of the 2023 Auditor\; Nominating Committee report\; swearing in of the 2023 Chair of the Board\; remarks by the retiring and incoming Chair of the Board\; and\, recognition of retiring Directors. The meeting is also an opportunity for any member to bring new business to the Board and members of the Chamber.\n\n \n\nThe Business Meeting is open to members of the Thunder Bay Chamber of Commerce.  \n\n\n\nThe Chair's Reception will be a fantastic opportunity to network and connect with other attendees and over 50 exhibitors from around the region who participated in Prosperity Northwest. Enjoy great food and refreshments at a cash bar. Don't miss out on our first networking event of the year.
