Mandate
We work with people, families, groups, work-teams, professional networks, and organizations to focus-in on their main areas of concern, and help them with personal growth, interpersonal wellness, and system enhancement strategies. Key areas of interest include social justice, lifestyle, mental health, addictions, and positive mindedness. Keeping up-to-date with recent knowledge, we are able to provide creative, innovative, sustainable, and evidence-based solutions.
Mission
We support personal, professional, family, and organizational growth using expertise in psychotherapy, counseling, organizational analysis, community development, and management. We bring synergy to people, groups, and community enterprise looking to assess and build upon strengths. We work collaboratively to clarify opportunities and reduce challenges. We are qualified to support people with stress, lifestyle issues and addictions, work-life balance, life’s ups-and-downs, and mental health disorders including complex trauma issues and problem gambling. We take an approach that builds capacity not dependency.
