The Friends of Chippewa Park is a Not-For-Profit organization, founded in 2002, whose aim is to restore Chippewa Park to its full potential. TFOCP have raised and invested over $10 million and counting, to preserve the Park's rich history, renovate & improve the physical grounds & structures, and enhance its natural beauty for all to enjoy.
Chippewa Park has been a favourite with city residents & visitors since it opened in 1921. Located on Lake Superior, we offer an amazing view of the Sleeping Giant.
The Park has many family amenities and activities day & night such as: campground, cabins, Sunday Concerts, Beaches, Trails, Fishing, Amusement Park, Concession featuring Indigenous foods, Kayaking, Sport Fields, Melodramas, and more!
