About Us

Tim helps clients with developing & executing city building projects and results based municipal strategy. Tim has diverse expertise as a municipal leader & private sector consultant including a combined 12 years as City Manager of Burlington (2019-2024) and Thunder Bay (2008-2015). Tim served in the role of senior municipal advisor - Ontario, for a national consulting firm from 2015-2019 and led many municipal consulting engagements.
