Tim has extensive and diverse expertise as both a municipal leader and private sector consultant. With 12 years combined as City Manager of Burlington and Thunder Bay, Tim has developed in-depth expertise and skill sets to work with public and private sector clients developing and executing strategies to achieve results. Combined with 4 years as a senior municipal advisor for a national consulting firm, Tim understands the critically important role of a trusted advisor to all his clients
