About Us
George Jeffrey Children's Foundation (GJCF) is a registered charity, officially incorporated in 2004. The Foundation is governed by a volunteer Board of Directors who encourage and administer charitable gifts to ensure that George Jeffrey Children's Centre is able to fulfill its mission of enriching children's lives.
The Foundation's continued goal is to raise the necessary funds to support the efforts of George Jeffrey Children's Centre. The Centre provides a wide range of programs and services to help babies, children and youth in Thunder Bay and throughout Northwestern Ontario living with physical, developmental, and social needs.
The efforts of George Jeffrey Children's Foundation are made possible through the generous contributions of individuals, groups and businesses who share a commitment to provide a better future for the children and youth of our community and Northwestern Ontario. We are helping children reach their greatest potential.
