With over 40 successful water treatment plants in operation, MS Filter Systems has established itself as the preeminent experts on slow sand filtration solutions for communities of fewer than 2,000 residents.

The MS Filter System has no moving parts in the filter unit, uses a simple, efficient and robust Aclarus pre-ozonation process, can go 2 to 6 months between filter cleaning, requires no chemical inputs or delivery and produces no chemical wastewater. The filter media never needs replacing, the plant consumes little energy and the system has the lowest carbon footprint of any other treatment technology.
