The Superior Consulting Team has been providing Professional Land Use Planning services to land owners, private land developers, land appraisers, real estate professionals, Indigenous communities, organizations, and governments since 2017 in the areas of Planning Act consents, minor variances, subdivisions & condominiums, zoning & official plan amendments along with preparation of municipal official plans, zoning by-laws, planning-relating policy & programs; Planning opinions & reports including peer review, site design, public meeting support & Council reports and recommendations; community engagement, community building, meeting & group facilitation relating to difficult planning matters; and Ontario Land Tribunal support including Expert Witness Testimony.

Each consultant on the Team brings integrity, enthusiasm, years of experience and unique qualifications, including the Registered Professional Planner designation.
