OPS services Thunder Bay and the surrounding area and their focus is to cater to local businesses in the area. OPS specializes in final mile delivery, which includes packages as small as envelopes up to 100lbs. OPS also provides ‘Hot Shot’ deliveries to clients who need something delivered in a hurry.

Thunder Bay is considered the main hub for operations. OPS provides service to the North Shore of Lake Superior including Nipigon, Rossport, Schreiber, Marathon, Manitowadge, Geraldton and Longlac daily. OPS also provides next day service to Fort Frances, Atikokan, Dryden and Sioux Lookout.
