We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented General Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide essential support in various administrative tasks, ensuring smooth operations within the office. This role requires strong organizational & customer service skills, the ability to multitask and work well under pressure
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and managing front desk operations.
- Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism and effective phone etiquette.
- Utilize Microsoft Office and Google Workspace for document creation.
- Support the team with clerical duties, light warehouse work and various special projects when needed
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and assist in various projects as required.
Requirements
- Previous office experience is preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Strong computer skills with experience in data entry and clerical tasks.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional customer service skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Experience with multi-line phone systems and front desk operations is highly desirable.
- G License is preferred but not mandatory
The position will start as a part time job, with the opportunity to grow into a full time position in the future. We are open Monday - Friday 8:30am-4:30pm. Shifts will be tailored to availability, typically 4-5 hours to start.
