Ryan Hawk is devoted to helping others become better leaders. His podcast, The Learning Leader Show, has been recognized as one of the top five podcasts for leaders by Inc. Magazine. Ryan's passion is uncovering the secrets of successful leadership and sharing them with the world.

Paaras Parker has dedicated herself to the human development aspect of business. Currently, she serves as the Chief HR Officer at Paycor. She wants to create workplaces with super teams that solve problems in diverse ways and to see the Bengals win a Super Bowl.

Panel Discussion with Steve Browne, Kirsten Moorefield, Tysonn Betts, and Ray Attiyah describe Super teams as a group of people who work together to accomplish a goal efficiently and effectively. There is no one answer to what it takes for leaders to get their teams operating at their best, but when teams are super, they are able to address and manage the all things that come their way.
