Information About The Session:
Understanding yourself is the first step to building stronger relationships and achieving success at work. In this interactive session, participants will explore their unique Personality Dimensions® profile and discover how their preferences influence communication, decision-making, and teamwork. They will learn strategies to adapt their style to different workplace situations, build positive connections with colleagues, and leverage their strengths to enhance collaboration and productivity. By the end of the session, attendees will walk away with practical tools for improving self-awareness, navigating workplace challenges, and setting themselves up for long-term career success.

About Our Speaker:
Since 2006, Kari has been self-employed and has focused her business on building strong teams, groups and communities. As a facilitator, Kari shapes and guides the process of working together effectively, sharing her skills and knowledge through workshops, training, and facilitated sessions. Kari is known for her ability to create an engaging environment that fosters collaboration and mutual respect, enabling all participants to contribute their perspectives and ideas.
