About the Role
The Philanthropy Associate plays a key role in advancing our mission by developing and managing our annual giving program. This includes leading cornerstone initiatives such as Monthly Giving, Employee Giving, the Year-End Appeal, and the Be Their Secret Santa campaign.
You will ensure exceptional stewardship and accurate donor records, while working with staff, volunteers, and community partners to manage signature and third-party fundraising events. With an eye for growth and innovation, you will identify opportunities to increase both revenue and participation.
This position also supports marketing and communications, collaborating with external vendors to create impactful materials and maintain consistent branding across all platforms.
